But even in Firefox, I couldn't load the correct directions (I got directions for MyFordTouch). I wasn't able to coax Chrome into loading the full page, but Firefox worked for me.

Even downloading the update is a trial, since the website mixes which newer browers hate. Sync 4.6 was finally available for me (2013 hatchback w/ non-touchscreen MyFord).
