We reserve ourselves the right to add 5$ to 100$ charge to your bill if you damage property, disregard smoking signs, disturb other guests or decide not to clean up after yourself in the communal kitchen. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or common areas. We can’t allow guests to bring their pet, as a matter of safety for the pets and respect for the other guests.
